876bdt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 876bdt ("876bdt", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 876bdt website at https://876bdt.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, and payment facilities offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any product or feature on the 876bdt platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 876bdt platform and close your account.

876bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 876bdt platform, including but not limited to players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other regions of Bangladesh.

Age Eligibility

To register and use 876bdt, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 876bdt may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension.

Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 876bdt will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact 876bdt support immediately.

Accepted Payment Methods

876bdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at the discretion of 876bdt. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 876bdt and may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction. 876bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet payments. However, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. 876bdt is not liable for delays caused by the recipient's mobile financial service provider. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit unless an account verification update has been formally submitted and approved.

Anti-Money Laundering

876bdt is committed to operating a clean platform. Any player account suspected of involvement in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen, and the matter will be escalated to the appropriate authorities. Players consent to 876bdt conducting identity and source-of-funds checks as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 876bdt are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. 876bdt reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already closed, where a technical error affected the odds displayed, or where the bet is suspected to have been placed in bad faith.

Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment or cancellation of the event; incorrect odds caused by a manifest error; and situations where the event outcome cannot be determined due to insufficient data. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's 876bdt account balance.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be used for settlement where applicable. 876bdt's cricket market rules take precedence over any general betting rules in cases of conflict.

Color Prediction and Instant Games

Color prediction and other instant game results on the 876bdt platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a round has closed. No claims regarding the fairness of individual rounds will be accepted after the result has been confirmed and displayed. Players agree that the RNG outcomes are genuinely random and that the platform holds no predictive advantage over participants.

Player Welfare Commitment

876bdt is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. Self-Exclusion

Any player may request a self-exclusion period by contacting 876bdt support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. 876bdt will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this restriction.

All content on the 876bdt platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and the 876bdt brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of 876bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 876bdt platform without express prior written permission from 876bdt. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes an infringement of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 876bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results caused by technical failures beyond the platform's reasonable control.

876bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. The platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or other operational reasons. Reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime will be provided where possible. 876bdt will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

The 876bdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results, and account balances, errors may occasionally occur. Where a manifest error is identified, 876bdt reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected bets, balances, or game outcomes accordingly, even after the fact.

876bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 876bdt platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

876bdt will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, where necessary to process your transactions (e.g., with payment service providers), or where you have given explicit consent.

876bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been violated; fraudulent activity is suspected; account behaviour poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or where the player requests closure. Upon permanent closure by 876bdt for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 876bdt support at [email protected]. Following voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet subject to standard withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 876bdt internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. 876bdt makes no representation that the platform or any service it provides is appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 876bdt platform complies with all local laws applicable to them. 876bdt accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
